Narrative Description of the Project:The Upper Lapche Khola Hydropower Project (ULKHP) is a run-of-river hydropower project proposed along the Lapche khola in Dolakha District, of Janakpur Zone. The project area lies within Lamabagar Village Development Committees (VDC). Energy Venture (P.) Limited (EVPL) holds the survey license for this project. The project is located about 32km upstream from the under construction 456MW Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Project. Brief description of Actual Services provided by Jade Consult:Detailed Engineering Design, which also includes Access road and Transmission line survey and design along with Bid Document Preparation of Upper Lapche Khola Hydropower Project (52MW).
